Happy Monday friends! Somehow I managed to always be doing something, but not doing anything at the same time this whole weekend. I have my first wave of exams this week, so I've been pretty busy prepping for that. For the Super Bowl I went over to my friends house and we all watched it together. Since the Pats didn't make it to the Super Bowl I had less interest in the game than last year. And not being a football fanatic, I mainly watch for the commercials. But I was disappointed in the ads because there were very few that made me laugh or stood out (besides that ultrasound one by Dorito's amiright?).

This look has a lot to do with winter break. I bought my turtleneck when I was back home, it is on super sale right now for under $10! I was also super bored at one point, so I decided to give ripping up another pair of jeans a shot. I had these from Forever 21 that I wore before I discovered my American Eagle leggings. The problem with these, was I didn't like the straight leg they had around the ankles, so I fixed that by cropping them and distressing the hem also! I thought it gave it a really cool look especially with the Nike's. I will definitely be wearing this ripped jean/sneaker look as we transition from winter to spring.

Turtleneck: H&M (on sale for under $10!) | Jeans: DIY Forever 21 (similar here) | Sneakers: Nike | Sunglasses: Quay Australia | Watch: Michael Kors "Runway" | Bracelet: Michael Kors
