It is the best time of the year and some the best outfits are dedicated for it. As I mentioned a few posts ago, I can't seem to get enough of this velvet trend! I knew that the wine color would be perfect for the holidays and snatched it up from Tobi. This is more of a party-style dress, not that I really plan on having any New Years/Christmas parties to go to, but if you do then I've got the perfect round up of dresses for you!

I'm headed into finals week, so there won't be any parties for me anytime soon. And also, it was 60 degrees less than two weeks ago, so wearing this dress wasn't crazy then but now it's 30... so I'm not too sure what happened there. But the greatest thing about dressing for the holidays is throwing on a fun fur coat or over the knee boots and you are ready to go!
If you're a fellow degree pursuing student I wish you the best of luck on finals! I've only got two to go and will be home this weekend. The thing I'm the most excited about (brace yourselves I've never said this before) is the snow! I'll probably regret saying that as soon as I'm in the flurries, but if you haven't seen the latest snaps Boston bloggers have been taking you're missing out. Hopefully it will still be a winter wonderland by next week. Anyone else wishing for a white Christmas?
