It's been a quick minute since I've last posted on here, and I'm really trying to improve my instagram game while I'm at it, so hold on for a quick minute while I try to get it all together! Today I'm showing you guys my second look from Banana Republic with my fall must haves. This look is quite a bit different from what I normally wear. Maybe because it screams professional instead of my typical trendy college blogger. Is this what being a senior is really about? Transitioning into the professional world? Quite possibly.

I actually wore this to my career fair at school a few weeks back, and got so many compliments on it! Being a Retail Management major, people expect certain things for you. For example, we typically dress a lot better on your average day of class than most other students, it's in our blood. But with that comes some certain privileges; we don't necessarily have to follow the pant suit rule or pencil skirts when it comes to being professional or going to career fairs. I told myself I would never wear one of those uptight suits, that just wouldn't cut it. Why look like everyone else just because you are trying to remain professional? There's more than one way to do it.

The great thing about this dress is the print. The shape and length has a good deal in making this business-approved. But the print adds a nice unique trait that most solid tight dresses don't have. And even better, the cutest bow detail in the back! When I was in a room full of students, it helps to have a little style to stand out. This dress did just the job and is added to the collection of clothes that I can take with me after school.
